Gwangju Gwangsan-gu to Open 3 'Gongyu Parking Lots' for Free Starting the 28th
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Kim Samho) announced that from the 28th, three 'Gwangsan-gu Shared Parking Lots' created to alleviate downtown parking difficulties will be opened free of charge.
The shared parking lots opened this time were selected through the '2020 First Half Shared Parking Lot Support Project' contest, where Gwangsan-gu improved the facilities of parking lots offered by the private sector for sharing in areas with severe parking shortages.
The three locations are the parking lots of Ghanaan Church in Heukseok-dong, Unnam Happiness Church in Unnam-dong, and Sebit Church in Singa-dong.
Gwangsan-gu expects that the shared parking lot policy, including these shared parking lots, will reduce citizens' parking inconveniences and contribute to alleviating parking difficulties.
