20s Woman Arrested in the Act for Throwing Bricks from 6th Floor Rooftop While Intoxicated
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] A woman in her 20s was arrested on the spot for throwing bricks from the rooftop of a building in the heart of Seoul, injuring a passerby.
Seoul Gwanak Police Station announced on the 24th that they arrested a woman in her late 20s, identified as Ms. A, on charges of special assault and other offenses for throwing bricks from the rooftop of a building, injuring a passerby and damaging a vehicle.
According to the police, Ms. A is accused of climbing to the rooftop on the 6th floor of the building around 12:30 PM that day while intoxicated and throwing four bricks toward the street.
Some of the bricks thrown by Ms. A fell onto a parked passenger car, damaging the car's hood, and one passerby suffered a knee abrasion from brick fragments.
