Netmarble and 5 Subsidiaries Including Development Affiliates Participate
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] Netmarble announced on the 22nd that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees in the second half of 2020.
This new recruitment drive involves a total of five companies, including Netmarble and its development subsidiaries Netmarble Neo, Netmarble Cherry, Netmarble Monster, and Gurobal Games.
The positions available cover 14 departments, including Business PM, Marketing, Advertising Planning, Design, Software Development, Big Data, QA (Mobile, Performance, Platform), Business Planning, Human Resources, Game Planning, Programming, and Development PM.
Applicants must be graduates eligible to join in January 2021 or those expected to graduate in February 2021. The recruitment process includes document screening, coding test (for technical positions), online personality test, written test, interview, and medical examination. Each stage focuses on evaluating job suitability and alignment with Netmarble's talent qualities such as 'Game Expert,' 'Problem Solving Ability,' 'Top Talent,' 'Global Mindset,' and 'Positive Influence.'

Applications can be submitted through the Netmarble recruitment website until October 5. After written and interview tests from November to December, the final selected candidates will join the company in January next year. Baek Young-soo, Head of Human Resources at Netmarble, said, "Netmarble is achieving results in major global game markets including Korea, North America, Japan, and Europe," adding, "We look forward to many passionate talents who will lead the global gaming industry together."
