Sojinkong and Livestock Products Quality Evaluation Institute Collaborate to Improve 'Traditional Market Customer Service'
Agreement on Payment Convenience, Price and Origin Labeling, and Hygiene Cleanliness Cooperation
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 22nd that it has signed a business agreement with the Livestock Products Quality Evaluation Service to 'improve customer service in traditional markets.'
Through this agreement, the two organizations will conduct a joint campaign to improve customer service. The main contents of the campaign include ▲improving the three major customer services in traditional markets (payment convenience, price and origin labeling, hygiene and cleanliness) ▲price and origin labeling of livestock stores within traditional markets ▲management consulting support such as traceability management.
Along with the signing ceremony, the two organizations will hold a traditional market shopping event using Onnuri gift certificates at Hanmin Market in Daejeon. The purchased items will be donated to Jahyewon, a welfare facility in Daejeon city.
SEMAS is promoting the 'Dadaikseon Campaign' to improve the three major customer services in traditional markets. It means accepting 'all' payment methods, displaying 'all' prices and origins, making the market clean and pleasant so customers benefit, and circulating Onnuri gift certificates 'properly.'
