According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, on the 22nd, the day of the autumnal equinox, cold air lingering over South Korea will cause morning temperatures to drop to around 10 degrees Celsius, especially in the central inland areas, making it chilly. Daytime temperatures will rise significantly above 20 degrees Celsius, resulting in a temperature difference of more than 10 degrees between day and night.
The eastern coast of Gangwon and the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk will be cloudy with occasional raindrops in the morning.
Morning low temperatures will range from 12 to 20 degrees Celsius, and daytime high temperatures will range from 20 to 25 degrees Celsius.
