View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hye-min] Kim Jong-in, Emergency Committee Chairman of the People Power Party, stated on the 21st regarding the internal opposition to the 'Fair Economy 3 Acts' within the party, "If there are parts to be corrected during the discussion process, they might be somewhat revised, but I believe the law itself should not be rejected."
After the Emergency Committee meeting held at the National Assembly that morning, Chairman Kim told reporters, "There is no major problem with the law itself."
Regarding the opposition opinions within the party, he added, "Because there are many lawmakers, opposing opinions also arise," and "That itself is not very important."
Concerning the ruling party raising suspicions of conflict of interest involving lawmaker Park Deok-heum, he said, "They said they will announce their position through a press conference today, so I will listen to that and then decide the party's stance."

Regarding President Moon Jae-in emphasizing fairness multiple times at the Youth Day event and receiving criticism from the opposition, he pointed out, "There must have been various cases of unfairness so far. Even if it is just one case, it should be corrected while emphasizing fairness," and added, "No matter how much fairness is emphasized while ignoring the issues, it has little meaning."
