Starfield COEX Mall Launches Special Exhibition for Overcoming 'Corona Blue' Together
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Shopping theme park Starfield has prepared a special event for customers and tenant stores experiencing "Corona Blue" (a neologism combining COVID-19 and depression) due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
Shinsegae Property is holding "Men's Week," a sale event offering up to 80% discounts on popular men's clothing brands, at the Live Plaza on B2 of Starfield COEX Mall until the 27th.
"Men's Week" is a men's clothing discount event aimed at revitalizing sales for fashion companies, featuring six popular men's clothing brands including "Giordano," "Olzen," "Mind Bridge," "TI FOR MEN," "Gio2," and "Benaco & Fontana."
So far, Starfield COEX Mall has consistently hosted win-win events such as the "COVID-19 Overcoming Win-Win Special Exhibition" and the "Small Business Win-Win Flea Market," helping brands boost sales and introducing high-quality products at affordable prices to customers, receiving great responses.
This event is also part of such "win-win events," with over 30,000 items including new autumn products introduced, and discount rates increased by 10-20% compared to previous events to provide as many benefits as possible.
For example, Shinsung Tong Sang's men's clothing brand "Giordano" is offering trench coats and jumpers at discounted prices of 99,000 KRW and 59,000 KRW respectively for the autumn season, while "Olzen" is holding a uniform price event with up to 80% discounts on new autumn season products. The business casual brand "Mind Bridge" plans to sell 550 men's coats at 79,000 KRW and 450 dress shirts at 19,950 KRW.
Rich benefits are also prepared for purchasing customers. Customers who spend over 50,000 KRW will receive a free pants alteration coupon, and those who spend over 100,000 KRW will be given a discount voucher for Majestic Barbershop.
A Shinsegae Property official said, "We are continuously preparing win-win special exhibitions to help customers who feel depressed and fatigued due to COVID-19 even a little," adding, "Starfield will continue to plan events considering not only customers but also tenant stores facing difficulties, such as this COEX Mall 'Men's Week.'"
