Jeonnam Police Begin One-Stop Integrated Civil Complaint Office Services for Civil Affairs
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] The Jeonnam Provincial Police Agency announced on the 17th that it has opened an integrated civil service office for one-stop civil complaint processing for residents.
Due to COVID-19, about 10 officials, including Jeonnam Chief Kim Jaegyu, attended the opening ceremony, which was held in a simplified manner.
This integrated civil service office has minimized the inconvenience of residents having to visit individual departments by establishing a comprehensive inquiry room, an investigation (human rights) counseling room, and a multipurpose counseling room. Additionally, the installation of a dedicated parking lot for civil petitioners has improved accessibility, allowing residents to handle civil affairs more conveniently and safely.
