National Tax Service Provides '100 Questions and Answers on Housing Taxes'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] The National Tax Service (NTS) announced on the 17th that it will provide '100 Questions and 100 Answers on Housing Taxes' in collaboration with related ministries such as the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
The NTS explained, "With recent amendments to housing-related tax laws, public interest has significantly increased. We have prepared this resource to help citizens correctly understand government policies and easily resolve their questions."

The resource summarizes the major amendments and their effective dates in an easy-to-understand tabular format, reflecting recent changes to the three real estate laws?Income Tax Act, Comprehensive Real Estate Holding Tax Act, Corporate Tax Act?and the Special Act on Private Rental Housing (Minseukbeop).
