Gochang-gun Conducts Safety Inspections of Multi-use Facilities Ahead of Chuseok Holiday
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jae-gil] Jeonbuk Gochang-gun announced on the 16th that it will conduct safety inspections of traditional markets and bus terminals ahead of the Chuseok holiday.
The inspection, conducted in cooperation with the Gochang Fire Station, will take place until the 17th and target eight multi-use facilities within Gochang, including three bus terminals and five traditional markets, where a large flow of people such as holiday travelers is expected during the Chuseok holiday.
The main inspection items include ▲ risks such as building cracks, damage, and leaks ▲ proper operation of electrical facilities such as circuit breakers ▲ use of multi-plug outlets ▲ securing emergency exits and the safety management status of evacuation and fire prevention facilities.
In particular, this inspection will also check compliance with the 'core COVID-19 prevention guidelines,' such as wearing masks.
According to the inspection results, minor risks will be corrected on-site, and facilities that cannot be immediately fixed will be subject to separate repair and reinforcement measures.
If it is difficult to take action before the Chuseok holiday, emergency measures will be taken and follow-up management will continue until the risks are resolved.
