Gwangju Bank "Enjoy Smart Banking for a Wise Financial Life"
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Gwangju Bank (President Song Jong-wook) announced on the 15th that it has added services such as ‘Dutch Pay’, ‘Allowance Request’, and ‘Smart Notification Box’ to its Smart Banking (APP) to enhance customer convenience.
The services called ‘Fun Services’?‘Dutch Pay’, ‘Allowance Request’, and ‘Smart Notification Box’?have received positive responses from Smart Banking users by adding convenience and fun to simple financial transactions such as remittances and notifications.
The ‘Dutch Pay’ service allows the requester to input account information and deposit amount for each person’s share of the cost, then send it; a notification message is sent via KakaoTalk, and the message recipient can transfer money to the requester’s account.
The ‘Allowance Request’ service lets users request allowance with witty cards and messages, and the message recipient can easily remit money after confirming the requested amount and account information.
The ‘Smart Notification Box’ service enables users to check notifications about balance changes and insufficient funds in deposit and withdrawal accounts through Smart Banking PUSH notifications without installing a separate app.
Additionally, Smart Banking offers ▲transaction memo registration ▲transfers integrated with Open Banking (accounts from other banks) ▲‘Smart Zone’ where customers can use services such as idea proposals, delayed transfers, designated deposit accounts, and fax email services ▲‘Large Font Transfer’ for the elderly ▲‘Smart ATM Withdrawal’ allowing cash withdrawal by touching a smartphone to an ATM ▲asset comparison services with peers of similar age, improving existing services or newly registering services to greatly enhance user convenience.
Gwangju Bank plans to hold an event from next month through December, where customers using the three ‘Fun Services’ will be entered into a monthly draw to receive mobile coupons.
