Incheon 'Unknown Infection Route' 70s Confirmed Patient Dies... Spouse Fully Recovered and Discharged (Update)
[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] A man in his 70s with an unknown infection route in Incheon died of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the 13th.
The deceased confirmed patient, Mr. A, a resident of Mansu-dong, Namdong-gu in his 70s, was diagnosed positive on the 26th of last month and received treatment at Incheon Medical Center, but ultimately passed away at 4:25 a.m. on the 13th, 18 days later.
Mr. A's spouse was also diagnosed positive at the same time and received treatment at the same facility, but was fully recovered and discharged the day before. The infection route of this couple has not been identified.
With Mr. A's death, the cumulative number of COVID-19 deaths in the Incheon area increased to four as of this day.

Meanwhile, on the same day, three people, including a person in their 60s from Cheonghak-dong, Yeonsu-gu, were confirmed positive for COVID-19 in Incheon.
