DGB Financial Second Half New Employee Recruitment... 39 Positions Including Bank
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] DGB Financial Group announced on the 10th that it will begin recruiting new employees for the second half of the year.
Four DGB Financial affiliates?DGB Daegu Bank, Hi Investment & Securities, DGB Life Insurance, and DGB Capital?are hiring new employees. The number of recruits by affiliate is 26 for the bank (20 college graduates at grade 6 and 6 high school graduates at grade 7), 2 for securities, 3 for life insurance, and 8 for capital (all college graduates), totaling 39.
The application period is from today until the 22nd. Applications are accepted through the DGB Financial website. Successful candidates for the document screening will be announced on the 8th of next month. Afterwards, the process will proceed in the order of written test, practical interview, and final interview, with the final selection scheduled for November.
A DGB Financial representative stated, “Application documents will be reviewed focusing on sincerity, reliability, and creativity. In particular, to strengthen workforce expertise, we plan to include some candidates holding professional certifications and those with experience in IT and digital fields. For detailed information, please refer to the notices posted in the recruitment announcement section.”
The final selected candidates will undergo group joint training and are expected to be hired in January next year to start working at each affiliate. However, due to COVID-19, adjustments to the number of hires and schedule may occur, and in such cases, announcements will be made through each affiliate’s website.
