The Office of Education developed Hi-JobAdo in 2017 as the first nationwide system to support employment for vocational high school students and has continuously upgraded it since then.
Hi-JobAdo, a platform to support field training and employment for vocational high school students, integrates and provides recruitment information from the three major nationwide job sites including Worknet, as well as job openings discovered by the Office of Education.
It also supports △ continuous management and consulting of student resumes and self-introduction letters △ online non-face-to-face matching between companies and students (application submission, non-face-to-face document screening).
Additionally, it provides information on △ incentives for companies offering field training and employment to vocational high school students △ internet maps of industrial complexes in Busan, Changwon, Gimhae, and Yangsan areas △ status of 36 related institutions, specialized, and Meister high schools in the Busan area △ corporate support policies for companies offering field training and hiring high school graduates.
Vocational high schools in the Busan area can easily obtain information about excellent local companies using this system. Students can also receive continuous management and consulting for their resumes and self-introduction letters and proceed with online non-face-to-face matching recruitment procedures with their desired companies.
