Lotte Mart Sells Nut and Jerky Gift Sets for Chuseok Gift Sets
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Lotte Mart has launched cost-effective nut and jerky gift sets for the Chuseok season.
On the 8th, Lotte Mart announced that it will sell the ‘Maeil Nuts 100 Packs’ and ‘Kojubu Jerky Set No. 2’ to L.Point members for 29,900 KRW each. The ‘Maeil Nuts 100 Packs’ set is characterized by premium nuts, including roasted almonds, walnuts, cashews, and raisins.
There are also collaborative products combining small portions of nuts and snacks for single-person households. Lotte Mart is selling the 'Mugabon Family Set' for 19,800 KRW and the premium jerky set made from Korean beef round called 'Hongdaegam Hanwoo Jerky Set' for 62,100 KRW to L.Point members.

Lotte Mart introduced these products because the number of customers purchasing ‘nut gift sets’ and ‘jerky gift sets’ is increasing. In fact, nut set sales increased by 7.5% during last year’s Chuseok compared to the previous year, and grew by 9.0% this Lunar New Year. Jerky set sales rose by 15.2% and 20.4%, respectively.
