According to Daemyung Sono Group, this is an attempt to create a horizontal organizational culture and a flexible working environment, reflecting the intentions of Group CEO Seo Jun-hyuk. Executive titles will be changed to representative, general manager, and manager according to the job area. Sono Hotels & Resorts, a core affiliate of the group, plans to integrate teams that were previously segmented by 'property (hotel & resort)' nationwide so that employees can acquire various job skills.
