Naver Opens New Graduate Recruitment for Software Developers... Three-Digit Scale
The 1st and 2nd Interviews Will Be Conducted Online Due to the Impact of COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] Naver announced that it will conduct an open recruitment for new employees in the SW development job category starting from the 4th.
This open recruitment is jointly conducted by six entities: ▲Naver ▲Naver Business Platform (NBP) ▲Works Mobile ▲Snow ▲Naver Webtoon ▲Naver Financial. They will recruit a three-digit number of new developers across FE, iOS, Android, and BE (including AI·ML) divisions.
Eligibility requirements include bachelor's or master's degree candidates expected to graduate by February 2021 or those who have already graduated with less than two years of total work experience. Applicants can submit their applications from the 4th to the 18th. After document screening, the process includes an online coding test, a first technical interview, and a second comprehensive interview. The two interviews will be conducted online due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). Final successful candidates will join in December and will be assigned to various organizations and fields after completing an onboarding process.

Prior to this open recruitment, more than 6,000 people participated in the online recruitment briefing 'NAVER DEVELOPER OPEN CLASS 2020,' held over six weeks since July, showing strong interest in developer recruitment. Kim So-yeon, Naver Recruiting Channel leader, said, "We plan to recruit at the same scale as last year and will actively recruit if there are outstanding talents."
