[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Seongbuk-gu (Mayor Lee Seung-ro) delivered 'COVID-19 Overcoming Psychological Quarantine Kits' to high school seniors who are continuing their studies amid the prolonged spread of COVID-19 and experiencing great confusion and anxiety on the 2nd.
The Seongbuk-gu Youth Counseling Welfare Center prepared psychological quarantine kits consisting of quarantine supplies usable in crisis situations during exam preparation, as well as pens, vitamins, snacks, and more to support high school seniors in the area who are experiencing stress from college entrance exams and job preparation.
The 'What Are You Doing If You Play? College Entrance Exam Sweep!' psychological quarantine kit delivery ceremony was held at Hongik University Affiliated High School of Education. Afterwards, the supplies will be sequentially delivered to 12 high schools in Seongbuk-gu through a non-face-to-face method. The psychological quarantine kits are expected to be delivered to over 3,000 high school seniors and job seekers at a total of 13 schools.
Lee Seung-ro, Mayor of Seongbuk-gu, said, "Seongbuk-gu is currently making every effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and doing its best for the safety of students," adding, "I hope this kit delivery will be a small source of strength for the students, and I expect that words of comfort will be conveyed to both teachers and students going through difficult times."
