Peugeot Celebrates 210th Anniversary with Commemorative Logo Reveal and Campaign Launch

The 210th anniversary commemorative logo unveiled by Peugeot was designed by the ‘Peugeot Design Lab Studio’. It utilizes Peugeot’s first lion logo registered in 1858. The lion symbolizes the three characteristics of Peugeot as a steel company at the time?flexibility, strength, and cutting speed?since it produced saws and knives. The arrow located beneath the lion represents the concept of speed, and the phrase ‘210YEARS’ expresses not only the grand brand history of the past 210 years but also the anticipation for the coming 210 years. The black-and-white composition reflects Peugeot brand’s unique restraint and simplicity. This logo will be used in all events commemorating the 210th anniversary.
Along with the unveiling of the 210th anniversary logo, the ‘2.1.0 Let‘s Go’ 210th anniversary global campaign will also be conducted. As part of this, a voting event called ‘Ultimate Peugeot’ will be held to select the most beloved model among Peugeot models over the past 210 years. The event will be open to customers worldwide until the 26th (local time in France), and participation is possible through Peugeot’s official global Instagram and Twitter accounts.
On the 24th, a digital commemorative event will be held inviting global media and Peugeot officials, and on the 26th, the 210th anniversary day, broadcasts will be made through SNS channels such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Additionally, the 210th anniversary campaign video will be released through TV, web, SNS, radio, etc. (varying by country), and on the 26th, a video containing the brand’s history will be released via SNS. Furthermore, until the 31st of next month, admission to the Peugeot Museum located in Sochaux, France, will be reduced to 1 euro, and two types of 210th anniversary lifestyle products will be sold in the online store, offering various benefits.
