According to Huanqiu Shibao and others on the 2nd, police received a report on the 31st of last month around 12 PM near a shopping mall in Changsha, Hunan Province, witnessing five naked men.
They covered their private parts with clothes only after the police arrived.
The five men, who intentionally exposed their bodies in a public place, were subjected to 5 to 7 days of administrative detention under the Public Security Administration Punishment Law.
However, the investigation revealed that they were employees of a local company who lost a performance competition against another team and ran naked as promised.
Netizens who heard the news reacted with comments such as "They should have covered their faces, not their private parts," and "Life is really tough."
