Sixth COVID-19 Case Confirmed in Jindo, Jeonnam Sparks 'High Alert'

According to Jindo-gun on the 2nd, Mr. A was confirmed positive on the morning of the 2nd and was transferred to Gangjin Medical Center.
Jindo's 6th confirmed case, Mr. A, was notified on the afternoon of the 1st at 4:20 PM as a close contact of Gwangju's 380th confirmed case, underwent testing at 5:50 PM the same day, and was confirmed positive at 7:50 AM on the 2nd.
Jindo-gun is conducting an in-depth epidemiological investigation to identify the infection route, movements, and contacts of the 6th confirmed case, and plans to promptly announce the results once available.
