Busan Bank Opens New Sales Channel 'Loan Sales Center'
First Ever 100% Headquarters Centralization of Group Loan Operations at Bank Branches
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] BNK Busan Bank announced on the 2nd that it has opened a ‘Loan Sales Center’ on the 3rd floor of the Yeonsan-dong Financial Center to take charge of outbound marketing and branch household loan processing.
First, to conduct marketing by directly visiting customers, an outbound sales organization was newly established within the Loan Sales Center, and the roles were subdivided by forming the ▲Frontier Team ▲Retail Loan Marketing Team ▲Group Loan Marketing Team.
The Frontier Team, composed of employees selected through public recruitment, is responsible for specialized marketing in fields divided into ▲Medical ▲Corporate Real Estate ▲Nonprofit Organizations ▲Housing Pension, while the Retail Loan Marketing Team is in charge of retail credit loans and mobile visit consultation services.
The Group Loan Marketing Team will specialize in marketing for interim payment/moving cost loans to provide professional services.
In addition, for the first time in the banking sector, group loans previously handled at branches will be fully managed by the Loan Sales Center.
Busan Bank has improved customer inconvenience caused by long waiting lines for interim payment loan applications by establishing a non-face-to-face contract process for interim payment loans since December 2018, and plans to launch a new mobile mortgage loan product in the second half of this year.
In particular, Busan Bank decided to respond to the non-face-to-face era due to COVID-19 by operating an ‘Outbound TM Team’ dedicated to non-face-to-face loan marketing.
For elderly customers who are not familiar with mobile devices and request face-to-face consultations, a ‘visit consultation service’ will be provided in connection with the outbound sales organization.
