The application period is from the 1st to the 29th of this month.
The 'Policy Real-Name System' is a system where residents can request disclosure of projects they want to know about, including project plans, progress status, and the real names of those in charge, established to strengthen transparency and accountability in administration.
The criteria for project selection are ▲ major core projects and mid- to long-term projects in district administration ▲ projects involving large-scale budgets of 1 billion KRW or more ▲ research service projects of 100 million KRW or more ▲ projects closely affecting residents' daily lives ▲ enactment, revision, or abolition of autonomous regulations ▲ and other major projects requiring record preservation.
Applications are open to all Jungnang-gu residents. Applicants can download the application form from the 'Policy Real-Name System' bulletin board on the Jungnang-gu Office website, fill out the project name and reason for application, and submit it via email (mjh908@jn.go.kr), visit the Planning and Budget Division on the 4th floor of Jungnang-gu Office, or send it by mail (179 Bonghwasan-ro, Jungnang-gu).
The district office will notify applicants of receipt within 10 days from the final application date and plans to finalize the projects to be disclosed under the Policy Real-Name System through review in October and publish them on the Jungnang-gu Office website.
