View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] On the 31st, BNK Financial Group delivered 265 million KRW in 'BNK Scholarships' to the Busan Community Chest of Korea to support the development of local talent.
Since 2007, BNK Financial has selected exemplary students and outstanding talents in the region annually through the public foundation 'BNK Hope Sharing Foundation,' providing scholarships totaling over 6.9 billion KRW to more than 7,300 recipients to date.
This year, scholarships of up to 2 million KRW per person will be awarded to a total of 185 students, including 175 exemplary students recommended by 25 universities located in Busan, Gimhae, and Yangsan, the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education, local children's centers, and child welfare associations, as well as 10 outstanding students from the Korea Science Academy of KAIST.

In particular, scholarships will be provided annually until university graduation to scholarship recipients selected by local children's centers and child welfare facilities, reflecting their academic attitude and performance.
