Gyeonggi Shinbo Introduces Appointment Consultation System
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation is introducing a reservation consultation system.
Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation announced on the 31st that starting from the 1st of next month, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small business owners in the province will be able to receive guarantee consultations at branches through advance reservations under the 'reservation consultation system.'
The reservation consultation system was introduced to reduce the number of waiting customers for consultations and to prevent the risk of COVID-19 spread. It is also expected to help SMEs and small business owners in the province efficiently manage their time, as it is difficult for them to leave their work during business hours.
Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation expects that with the introduction of the reservation consultation system, SMEs and small business owners in the province will be able to receive professional financial services through focused consultations within the reserved time.
In particular, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation anticipates that the reservation consultation system will enable prediction and management of customer consultation demand, helping to prevent the re-spread of COVID-19 and improve the efficiency of consultation and screening tasks.
Applications for the reservation consultation system can be made anytime 24 hours a day by accessing the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation website (www.gcgf.or.kr) and clicking on 'Reservation Consultation Application' on the main screen.
When applying through the website, reservations can be made easily with basic information and a password without login or authentication procedures.
It is possible to simply check eligibility for guarantee application through a self-diagnosis checklist. If using the website is difficult, reservations can be easily made by phone through the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation call center (1577-5900).
The reservation date for the consultation system is within 90 days from the application date. Same-day reservations are not possible.
Reservation time slots are available in 30-minute intervals starting from 9 a.m., the opening time of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation branches.
