This decision was made based on the need to provide subscription information specialized for the elderly.
The main points emphasize that when seniors subscribe to paid broadcasting, it is essential to "confirm the total fee and contract period, and obtain clear consent for subscription." If the telephone consultation is difficult to understand, seniors are advised to "ask again or request a slow explanation, or ask a nearby acquaintance to explain on their behalf."
