Pohang City Begins Preparation for 'Earthquake Damage Relief' Applications... Accepting from September 21
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Dong-wook] Pohang City, Gyeongbuk announced that it will start accepting applications for victim recognition and support fund payments from September 21, following the confirmation of the enforcement decree of the 'Pohang Earthquake Special Act.'
In this regard, the Damage Relief Deliberation Committee signed a 'Delegation Agreement for Earthquake Damage Relief' with Pohang City on the 28th, delegating the related application reception tasks to Pohang City. Pohang City explained that this was due to the delay in the enforcement decree confirmation process, which required time to prepare detailed standards such as application forms.
In response, Pohang City is urgently strengthening publicity related to application reception by producing and distributing posters and banners with the revised dates to 29 Eup, Myeon, and Dong administrative welfare centers.
