Ewha Womans University Solely Selected for AI Convergence Education Research and Support Center Public Project

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Ewha Womans University Graduate School of Education and the Future Education Research Institute announced on the 27th that they were solely selected for the "2020 Artificial Intelligence Convergence Education Research and Support Center Competition Project" hosted by the Ministry of Education. As the only AI convergence education research and support center nationwide, they will receive support worth 500 million KRW annually. Ewha Womans University appointed Professor Jeong Jeyoung from the Department of Education as the research director and formed a research team consisting of nine professors from related departments within the university and seven professors from regional hub universities across seven areas nationwide. Moving forward, they plan to promote this project in collaboration with related academic societies such as the Korean Educational Research Association, the Korean Society for Teacher Education, the Korean Society for Computer Education, and the Korean Society for Information Education.
