Deputy Mayor Kang Hae-won, a native of Sunchang, graduated from the Department of Public Administration at Jeonbuk National University and entered public service through the level 7 open competitive exam. He has served as head of the Green Energy Industry Division's Industrial Bio Team, head of the Investment Attraction Division's Corporate Attraction Team, director of the Elderly and Disabled Division, and head of the Agricultural and Food Industry Division in Jeonbuk Province.
