View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) is partnering with the real estate application 'Dabang' to provide a variety of housing listings information.
On the 27th, LH announced that it will share housing listing information with Dabang to offer optimal services to consumers. The two parties signed a 'Mutual Agreement on Housing Listing Information Provision' last April.
Going forward, approximately 80,000 private rental and sale listings owned by Dabang will be available on LH's residential welfare portal 'My Home,' and on Dabang, users will be able to check various public sale and public rental announcements provided by LH.
When searching for private housing listings on the 'My Home' service, users can find various listings by region by using the 'Find Available Housing' menu after accessing the site. On Dabang, selecting 'Public Rental Housing' in the listing search filter will activate a detailed page, allowing users to easily check related information.
To provide more convenient services, LH has newly added detailed information such as map-based housing listing locations within 'My Home,' enhancing readability and convenience. Moving forward, LH plans to continuously strengthen functions including ▲expanding information sharing to other private platforms ▲implementing easy login linked with Naver and Kakao portals ▲establishing simple consultation services through Kakao chatbots.
