[Asia Economy New York=Correspondent Baek Jong-min] U.S. President Donald Trump made a surprise appearance once again at the Republican National Convention.
President Trump appeared via video early in the resumed Republican National Convention on the 25th (local time). This followed his surprise appearance at the venue the day before during the nomination process, where he delivered a speech lasting over an hour, marking his consecutive day appearances.
President Trump staged another event this time as well. Through the video, he pardoned John Fonder, the founder of the nonprofit organization 'Hope for Prisoners,' who had committed bank robbery. U.S. media reported that Fonder had committed three major crimes.
