Andong-si, Yean-myeon and Good Neighbors Sign MOU for Home Repair Supporting Children in Crisis Families
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongwook Park] Andong City, Gyeongbuk announced on the 26th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the 'Support for Children in Crisis Families' (home repair) project with Good Neighbors Gyeongbuk Northern Branch, Sehan General Construction, and five related companies at the Yean-myeon Administrative Welfare Center on the 24th.
Attendees at the signing ceremony included Ryu Si-jun, head of Yean-myeon Administrative Welfare Center; Park Beom-geun, head of Good Neighbors Gyeongbuk Northern Branch; Kwon Ki-yoon, CEO of Sehan General Construction; Nam Jae-ho, CEO of Gwangmyeong Architecture; Kim Byung-chang, CEO of Gyeongbuk Furniture Complex; Kwon Oh-bok, CEO of Andong Construction; and Moon Sang-pil, CEO of Daeho Electric.
This business agreement is part of a home repair project for a four-sibling grandparent-headed family located in Sinnam-ri, Yean-myeon. Since the grandparents are raising the children in poor conditions, the city of Andong explained that the house will be repaired to a remodeling level and new furniture will be provided to help the four siblings grow up healthily.
