Gartner Selects Samsung SDS 'Brity RPA' as First Domestic Global Solution
"Highly Praised Technical Expertise Automating Even Complex Work Processes"
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] Samsung SDS announced on the 25th that its 'Brity RPA' has been listed in the '2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant (MQ)' for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for the first time in Korea.
The Magic Quadrant is a report published annually by IT research and consulting firm Gartner, which comprehensively evaluates global companies in the relevant technology field based on their business execution capabilities and completeness of vision. Gartner stated, "By selecting Brity RPA as a global RPA solution, we highly evaluated its technological capability and innovation to automate even complex business processes, as well as its ease of use for non-experts."
Brity RPA is a solution that automates complex business areas such as judgment, screening, and evaluation by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies including chatbots, deep learning-based image recognition (AICR), and text analysis, in addition to handling repetitive tasks. It also provides a 'Headless Bot' feature that allows multiple automation processes to run simultaneously, significantly improving work processing speed. Additionally, it offers a 'Step Recorder' function that automatically generates processes by recording the work screen on a PC, enabling even non-experts to easily create RPA.

Various domestic and international industries and public institutions such as Samsung Electronics, Samsung C&T, Suhyup Bank, and E-Land are utilizing Brity RPA for manufacturing process management, firm banking collection, customer response, human resources, and financial tasks.
