CJ Logistics Signs Official Service Contract... Selects 2-3 Highly Satisfactory Products Weekly

Home&Shopping (CEO Kim Ok-chan) announced on the 25th that it will implement a specialized delivery service called 'Morning Delivery,' in cooperation with CJ Logistics, allowing customers to receive ordered products by the next morning.
Morning Delivery is a newly launched delivery service by CJ Logistics that enhances customer shopping convenience by delivering products ordered during live broadcasts by the next morning. Home&Shopping completed a pilot test with CJ Logistics and signed an official service contract to provide the service starting today. Morning Delivery can reduce delivery time by up to 30 hours compared to the current standard through a dedicated delivery team. The service will first be introduced exclusively in the Seoul area, with plans to expand to major cities nationwide in the future.

Home&Shopping selects products with high customer satisfaction due to fast delivery and offers the service for 2 to 3 products per week. The first product for Morning Delivery is the 'Eloel Pact,' which will be broadcast live at 8:45 PM on the 25th; customers who order this product during the live broadcast can receive it by noon on the 26th. Kim Ok-chan, CEO of Home&Shopping, said, "With the introduction of the Morning Delivery service, we can meet customers' expectations who want to experience products quickly," adding, "We plan to continue expanding differentiated customer experiences through delivery services, products, and quality management tailored to customer needs."
