Changwon National University Startup Club Selected for 'Startup Content Development Support Project'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] Changwon National University Startup Support Center announced on the 24th that four startup club teams were finally selected for the 2020 Gyeongnam Contents Korea Lab 'Startup Content Development Support Project' hosted by the Gyeongnam Culture and Arts Promotion Agency.
This project is aimed at encouraging creative and entrepreneurial activities in the content industry sector in the Gyeongnam region. It recruited candidates for two support categories: startup incubating (support fund about 10 million KRW) and advancement (support fund about 30 million KRW), targeting creators and early-stage entrepreneurs with promising ideas in the content field.
All four startup club teams from Changwon National University selected this time were chosen in the startup incubating category.

Yoon Tae-ho, head of the Startup Support Center at Changwon National University, said, "We will continue to generously support meaningful challenges of students dreaming of startups and continuously implement various startup-related programs that provide practical help to students."
Meanwhile, the Startup Support Center at Changwon National University selects clubs composed of three to ten university (graduate) students interested in startups and provides support funds up to 4 million KRW in stages for item planning and prototype production for startup commercialization.
