[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi]On the 24th, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund announced that it will publicly recruit 116 new employees and 4 experienced employees in 2020. This is the largest recruitment among financial public enterprises excluding banks.
The recruitment of new employees is divided into 90 general track positions and 26 special track positions. Among the general track, 35 are recruited as ‘non-metropolitan area talents.’ Additionally, more than 24% of the general track recruits will be talents from the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region, aiming to contribute to regional balanced development as a public institution.
The special track will hire a total of 17 core experts to secure driving force for innovative finance, including 10 in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and data, 5 in technology evaluation, and 2 in financial market analysis. Furthermore, to actively respond to the government’s social equity recruitment policy, the ‘high school special track’ will be expanded to recruit 9 high school talents.
Experienced employee recruitment is divided into technology value evaluation experts (2 patent attorneys) and legal support experts (2 lawyers), with professional qualifications and related work experience (at least 3 years) as eligibility requirements. Applications can be submitted on the KODIT recruitment website until September 8. After document screening, written tests, and interviews, the final successful candidates will be announced in December.
