Jeon Jong-seo and Son Seok-gu Collaborate in Film 'Uri, Ja-yeong'
'Bamchigi' and 'Heart': Director Jeong Ga-young's Commercial Film Debut
Distributor CJ Entertainment announced on the 24th that actors Jeon Jong-seo and Son Seok-gu will star together in the film "Uri, Ja-young (working title)." The drama depicts the story of a man and a woman, both frequently unlucky in love and work, who meet through a dating app. Jeon Jong-seo plays Ja-young, who boldly declares her retirement from dating after being dumped by her boyfriend. Son Seok-gu portrays Uri, a sex columnist who often gets blindsided in both work and love. The film is directed by Jung Ga-young, who helmed independent films such as "Beach on the Beach" (2016), "Night Chasing" (2017), "Do You Like Jo In-sung?" (2017), and "Heart" (2019). Filming is set to begin in the second half of the year.
