"Promising Healthy Cosmetics in the European Market"… KITA Online Consulting
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Soyeon] The Korea International Trade Association announced on the 23rd that it held the 'Europe Market Entry Online Consulting' event from the 21st to the 22nd.
The event featured four experts in cosmetics, food, and logistics active in Europe, including freight transport and import companies Parmaks Global Bepaybea and Asian food ingredient distributor Kims Asia, as well as two CE certification experts, who conducted one-on-one video consultations with 23 domestic companies.
CE certification refers to the mandatory certification that products related to consumer health, safety, and the environment must obtain to enter the European Union (EU) market.
Joseongseon, CEO of NEMO GmbH, a European cosmetics consulting firm, said, "In the post-COVID-19 era, nature-friendly products focused on personal hygiene and health will lead the cosmetics market in Europe."
He added, "Korean companies should actively target the European market with a concept that pursues a healthy life from raw materials to the product manufacturing process."
