'The 2nd Online Songpa Kids Health Expo' Held
Songpa-gu Releases 48 Online Experience Programs Including "Our Children Overcoming COVID-19" and Healthy Eating Habits
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Songpa-gu (Mayor Park Seong-su) will hold the "2nd Songpa Kids Health Expo" through its YouTube channel starting at 10 a.m. on September 2.
At the first festival in 2019, there were abundant exhibits related to children's nutrition management and growth development, receiving positive feedback from participants.
This year, the content has been enhanced to help infants and toddlers grow healthily based on proper eating habits. Through this, accurate knowledge about children's health management will be provided to parents of young children and childcare teachers.
In particular, an Ontact (online contact) style event has been prepared to alleviate concerns about COVID-19 infection and increase convenience so that daycare centers and kindergartens nationwide can participate.
From 10 a.m. on September 2, anyone can participate in the event through the YouTube channel "Songpa-gu Children's Meal Management Support Center." Real-time video and experiential activities can be shared and reviews can be written via the KakaoTalk open chat room.
The content covers 48 pieces under six themes related to infant and toddler health: ▲Eating habits ▲Hygiene ▲Exercise ▲Food ▲Environment ▲Happiness.
For this festival, food companies such as Ourhome, Foodmers, and CJ Freshway, as well as early childhood education companies including Pinkfong, Kids Castle, Kkaebi Kids, Genie Kids, Nuri Nori, Ocon Kids, M Punch, and LG Uplus Children's Classroom will share video content.
Side events include the ▲2nd Songpa Kids Health Drawing Contest ▲Healthy Our Child, Happiness Capture! Photo Contest ▲Fun Health Play Contest ▲Dance with Teachers! Video Contest ▲COVID STOP! Immune-boosting Vegetable Growing Experience Exhibition. The contests and judging will also be conducted online, and outstanding works will be edited into a collection and published.
