Multiplex CGV announced that the Yongsan I'Park Mall branch will be closed on the 22nd due to a COVID-19 positive diagnosis of a misojigi (guide).
A CGV official stated on the 22nd, "A misojigi working at the Yongsan I'Park Mall branch was confirmed positive for COVID-19 at a hospital this afternoon," and added, "We decided to proactively suspend operations and conduct disinfection for customer safety."
The misojigi worked until the 19th and was confirmed to have had no fever or respiratory symptoms at that time. The CGV official said, "All employees who worked with the misojigi will undergo COVID-19 testing."
The CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall branch was also closed and disinfected on the 20th after a confirmed COVID-19 case visited. Since then, the misojigi has not come to work, but another disinfection procedure will be carried out.

The reopening date has not been decided. The CGV official said, "It seems difficult to operate tomorrow (the 23rd). Follow-up measures will be taken based on the epidemiological investigation results from the health center." They added, "Refunds are being processed sequentially," and "We will do our best to ensure customers can enjoy a safe viewing experience."
