On the same day, the website stated, "We have decided to temporarily close after confirming visits by COVID-19 confirmed cases," and added, "After completing disinfection, we will resume normal operations from the 21st." It was revealed that the confirmed COVID-19 cases visited the Yongsan I'Park Mall branch on the 15th and 16th. The Yeonsu branch was reported to have a confirmed COVID-19 case visiting a business located in the same Square One building. CGV stated, "We will do our best to create a viewing environment where customers can feel safe."
