The Korea Financial Investment Association announced on the 18th that it delivered membership certificates to the specialized private equity management firms whose full membership was approved by the board of directors.
The six firms that joined as full members this time are Nuberger Berman Asset Management, IPM Asset Management, CAC Asset Management, Kepler Asset Management, Five Tree Asset Management, and Korea Alternative Investment Asset Management.
Full members of the Korea Financial Investment Association are granted the right to attend general meetings and voting rights. They also have opportunities to participate in various association committees to express opinions related to legal and institutional improvements and deregulation across the market or industry.
They can also receive support for tasks such as publicity, disclosure and statistics, advertisement and terms review, and professional personnel registration and management. They can attend lectures at the Korea Financial Investment Education Institute and receive discounts when using facilities.
