Park Jong-hyun, Public Relations Team Leader of the Pan-Government Countermeasure Support Headquarters, said at a briefing held at the Government Sejong Complex, "On the 13th, we issued a closure and gathering ban order for Sarang Jeil Church and secured the list of visitors and believers," adding, "We sent emergency disaster text messages to all residents, instructing them to get tested regardless of symptoms."
Park continued, "On the following day, the 14th, we issued an order for COVID-19 testing for Sarang Jeil Church believers and visitors, and on the 15th, Seongbuk-gu officials directly visited Sarang Jeil Church to deliver self-quarantine notices." He explained that the receipt confirmation for this notice was received by fax two hours later.
