'Immortal Songs' Kim Ho-jung Wins First Victory Over Park Gu-yoon with Jin Sung's 'Borikkogae'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Hyesoo] On the afternoon of the 15th, Kim Hojung defeated Park Guyoon and secured his first win on KBS2's 'Immortal Songs: Singing the Legend.'
That day, 'Immortal Songs: Singing the Legend' featured a special on Kangjin and Jinseong. The first stage was Park Guyoon. Park Guyoon chose Jinseong's 'Don't Throw a Tackle' for his performance, and Shin Yoo commented, "It seems like he sharpened his teeth," adding, "It's reassuring to have a friend like Park Guyoon."
The second stage was performed by Kim Hojung. Revealing his connection with Jinseong, Kim Hojung delivered a heartfelt rendition of 'Barley Hill.' Jinseong said, "He brought out the true flavor of the song in a fresh way."
In the first battle of the day, the judging panel awarded Kim Hojung the win.
