[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance labor and management have signed a collective agreement for the first time.
On the 12th, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance labor and management signed the collective agreement at the Euljiro Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Building, with company negotiators including Executive Director Bang Dae-won of the HR team and union members led by Union Chairman Oh Sang-hoon in attendance.
In the agreement, labor and management agreed to guarantee union activities such as ▲ full-time union officials and time-off (working hours recognition system) guarantees ▲ provision of union office ▲ prohibition of personnel disadvantages against union members.
This collective agreement is the first to be concluded among the seven major affiliates designated by the Compliance Committee after Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong declared the 'abandonment of the no-union principle' in May.
