Gyeonggi Housing and Urban公 Introduces 'Sky Lounge' in Public Rental Housing Over 30 Years Old
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] GH (Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation) has decided to consider introducing a 'Sky Community' on the top floors of long-term public rental housing (Gyeonggi-do Basic Housing) to be built for over 30 years.
The Sky Community is a space where residents can comfortably enjoy the high-rise views that are difficult to experience in urban areas and engage in various community activities.
GH expects that the introduction of the Sky Community will enhance residents' satisfaction with their living environment and contribute to constructing Gyeonggi-do Basic Housing as a landmark complex in the region.
GH is first planning to include a sky lounge and guest house on the top floor of one building in Block A94 of Dongtan 2 New Town (scheduled for post-sale after 100% completion), which is targeted to begin construction in the first half of next year.
GH plans to further consider introducing various forms of Sky Community facilities in Gyeonggi-do Basic Housing.
