View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Seven Eleven is launching a missing children search campaign in collaboration with the Missing Children Specialized Center, the Child Rights Protection Agency, as part of its public interest activities to create a society where children are happy.
This campaign was jointly planned with the Child Rights Protection Agency to raise public awareness and interest in finding missing children and to wish for the safe return of missing children to their homes as soon as possible.
Starting from the 12th, Seven Eleven will produce stickers containing photos and personal information of five missing children and randomly attach them to the containers of the five best-selling lunchboxes, including the ‘11-chan Dosirak’ and ‘Dosirak’s Classic Pork Bulgogi Edition’.
Seven Eleven plans to regularly update the missing children information on the stickers and expand the number of target products starting with these five lunchboxes. Through this, they aim to continuously expose more photos and information of missing children to convenience store lunchbox customers to increase awareness.
In addition, Seven Eleven is carrying out various social contribution activities for children. On its founding anniversary last May, Seven Eleven donated food products worth 40 million KRW to underprivileged children in the Daegu area who were struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In June, on ‘Environment Day,’ Seven Eleven, together with the Environmental Foundation, installed 200 air purifiers in kindergarten school buses in the Seoul area using the ‘fine dust prevention coin donations’ collected from over 10,000 stores nationwide.
