Citibank, Online Job Mentoring Conducted
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Citibank Korea conducted an online job mentoring program for job seekers.
Citibank announced on the 7th that it held the 'Online Job Mentoring with Citibank Employees, Virtual Job Talk' at Front1 in Mapo-gu, Seoul, on the 6th in collaboration with the Seoul Volunteer Center.
This program was designed as an opportunity for current employees and young job seekers to share introductions, experiences, and preparation methods related to various job roles through online channels.
On the day of the program, 12 bank employees and about 50 young participants took part.

A Citibank official stated, "The online job mentoring is part of Citibank's 15-year-long Global Community Day activities and was conducted non-face-to-face in response to the social circumstances caused by COVID-19. We hope that by sharing diverse job experiences and knowledge with young job seekers, Citibank employees can greatly assist them in exploring their career paths. We plan to continue programs supporting youth career development."
