Lotte Construction Publishes 'Workforce Management Operation Guidebook' to Foster Global Leaders

With the publication of this guidebook, Lotte Construction aims to establish a standardized personnel management system for overseas subsidiaries and branches, and to cultivate mid- to long-term global leaders. The personnel management targets include local employees, expatriates, and dispatched staff.
To achieve this goal, the company plans to motivate domestic employees to develop overseas work experience and provide appropriate compensation for overseas assignments, thereby encouraging domestic employees' enthusiasm for global work.
