View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Seoul City announced that from 9:30 AM on the 5th, vehicle access to the Yeoui upstream and downstream IC ramps on both sides of Olympic-daero will be restricted. Seoul City explained, "This is because the discharge volume of Paldang Dam has approached 8,500 tons per second, causing the Han River water level to rise."
